Reclassification Fee - 9-12

We understand that families may determine that a student needs additional time at a grade level or is ready to progress more quickly. However, changing a student’s grade classification after enrollment requires additional documentation and administrative processing to maintain accurate records and accountability.

Beginning September 1, 2026, GSA will charge a reclassification fee to process grade-level changes requested after enrollment.

This fee includes a mid-year transcript update for your student (required records submission).
